The company was formerly known as Asian Oilfield Services Limited and changed its name to Asian Energy Services Limited in October 2020. The company was incorporated in 1992 and is based in Mumbai, India. Asian Energy Services Limited is a subsidiary of Oilmax Energy Private Limited.
